If you contact us via the website or by e-mail, we will store the data you provide for six months in order to process the enquiry and answer follow-up questions, if applicable. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

Our website is based on WordPress and makes use of so-called cookies, i.e. small text files that are stored on your terminal with the aid of the browser. They do not cause any damage. Some cookies are stored on your terminal until you specifically delete them. Data storage in our webshop for sales partners

We wish to point out that IP address(es) are stored to support the ordering process in our web shop due to the use of cookies. In addition, the following data of our sales partners are stored in the course of the online ordering process: Name of the company and the person who places the order, company, invoicing and delivery address(es), e-mail address(es) as well as company-related data (VAT number). The data you provide is required to process your orders. No data will be transmitted to third parties. After the online order process has ended, all further processing steps with respect to your data pass to our EDP system. Please see next paragraph for details on data processing in our EDP system.

Data storage in our EDP system

We store the personal data and information provided by you in our EDP system. They are used exclusively for processing your enquiries, customer service, processing your orders, goods deliveries as well as invoicing and payment transactions. In addition, we need your data to keep you up to date about your orders, our products and our offers.

The following personal data is stored in our EDP system:

Name of the company plus contact person(s), company, invoicing and delivery address(es), telephone number(s), e-mail and internet address(es), bank details as well as company-related data (UID number and company register number). The data required for order processing in order to deliver goods will be forwarded to our logistics partners if necessary. In connection with the invoicing procedure, your company data may also be forwarded to our tax advisor for the fulfilment of our obligations under tax law. In the context of invoicing, we reserve the right to assign our claim to a debt collection agency or involve such an agency to collect our claim.

Your rights

You may request information about your stored data in writing at any time. Furthermore, in connection with the use of your personal data, you have the right of rectification, erasure, blocking and restriction of processing. In addition, you may lodge a complaint with us or with the data protection authority if you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights in any other way. After our business relationship has ended, your data will be deleted in due conformity with the statutory obligation to retain data.
