We store the personal data and information provided by you in our EDP system. They are used exclusively for processing your enquiries, customer service, processing your orders, goods deliveries as well as invoicing and payment transactions. In addition, we need your data to keep you up to date about your orders, our products and our offers.
The following personal data is stored in our EDP system:
Name of the company plus contact person(s), company, invoicing and delivery address(es), telephone number(s), e-mail and internet address(es), bank details as well as company-related data (UID number and company register number). The data required for order processing in order to deliver goods will be forwarded to our logistics partners if necessary. In connection with the invoicing procedure, your company data may also be forwarded to our tax advisor for the fulfilment of our obligations under tax law. In the context of invoicing, we reserve the right to assign our claim to a debt collection agency or involve such an agency to collect our claim.
You may request information about your stored data in writing at any time. Furthermore, in connection with the use of your personal data, you have the right of rectification, erasure, blocking and restriction of processing. In addition, you may lodge a complaint with us or with the data protection authority if you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights in any other way.
